For research purposes, I need an incantation that can be used as part of a binding spell. It doesn't have to *work*, but I'd like something authentic that has a good-sounding rhythm to the words.

I'm not out to misrepresent anybody's spiritual beliefs or anything, just trying to be accurate .

I remember my yr 10 maths, accounting, and homeroom teachers all telling me I would fuck my VCE and not get into the course I wanted and would fail in life. Turns out I completed specialist maths in yr 12, scored a 82 in VCE, and am top of the class at uni. hehe.

BINDING A magickal spell, which usually involves tying of knots on a cord, to restrain something or someone. Usually this is performed to stop something or someone from harming another or themselves.

Spiff it ain't so much if they wrk out they don't always wrk exactly how you hoped it is a matter of the final outcome.
You need to always be careful of exactly what you do and how you do it...can be dangerous.I have done a one where I redirected back negative stuff back at a person but I was not specific to it being negative stuff done to me by this person and resulted in them getting back everything they ever did that I was aware of thus they were ill for days after.Not my intention at all!

no I didn't actually!
Everything is a learning experience I just have to realize and pay attention to detail.Mind you we are talking of something from 7 yrs ago. Plus it al is about three fold effect so by that going to him he obviously had it comming.

Spiff: actually, they do work. i don't practice anymore, but i still hold the beliefs, and i still know that spells and stuff work. only ever cast a few spells, but they did work. and they achieved the desired aim except for one which i don't think i did particularly well. things work if you believe they do. Magick isn't about asking a god to change something for you, it's about using your own energies to change things. all the ritual is to get your mind and body prepared for it. the very first spell i did just involved me sitting down on the floor with a white candle and saying receiting the chant. it worked too. but if i hadn't receited the chant and just said plaing and simple something like: "O mighty god, O gracious Goddess, i ask for you protection" it would have worked because i believed it would.
