I know there are few people on this board who own that rare ep and I have a series of questions for them:
How is the booklet inside?
Are there any pictures of the band?
Who did the artwork? ( btw do you know what does the cover represent?)
Do the band members dedicate the album to themselves as in the previous releases?
Something interesting among the credits?

I don't have a scanner, unfortunately. But I'll try anyway...

How is the booklet inside?

Just a simple two-page booklet with no lyrics. On the left side there's just the artwork, on the right side you find the tracklist with some information (when and where the songs were recorded). It doesn't say who did the artwork and there are no dedications/credits either. On the back of the CD there is the tracklist and a picture of the band (the one that's also on the Deadsite).

do you know what does the cover represent?

Clouds, perhaps?
