1. Eddie Van Halen... he's a monster
2. James Hetfield... I'm a fanboy
3. Al Pitrelli... he convinced me on Rude Awakening
4. Ted Nugent... because he looked cool ;D

I like The Edge. His solo in Love Is Blindness rules, even if it's just one or two notes.

In this poll I voted for:

Al Pitrelli
Bruce Kulick
CRISS OLIVA
Alex Lifeson
Dave Murray
James Hetfield

I can't believe Criss Oliva only has two votes...

Brucey's doing pretty well :headbang: :headbang:

I would just like to add that I think "Crazy Nights" has some of the best guitar solos around! Perfect blend of melody and flash. Kulick was easily the most suited guitarist to Kiss I think.

Good album, that.

Crazy Nights is the result of Gene Simmons having almost no input into the band at the time. :) What a great era that was.... made for alot less filler! 7 Paul songs (very rare for a Paul sung/written song to be filler!) and only 4 Gene songs, and Gene always has about 2 good songs per album. So there is only a couple of bad tracks on Crazy Nights (one being No No No, the only savior of that song is Bruce's awesome guitar work).
