Top Three so far:

1. Absu - Absu
2. God Dethroned - Passiondale
3. Candlemass - Death Magic Doom

However, I already know this will be the album of the year
Deströyer 666 - Defiance

Season of Mist
June 22nd, 2009
1. Weapons of Conquest
2. I Am Not Deceived
3. Blood For Blood
4. The Barricades Are Breaking
5. A Stand Defiant
6. A Path to Conflict
7. A Thousand Plagues
8. Human All Too Human
9. A Sermon To The Dead

Three good for me so far as well:

Tribulation - The Horror (åsome oldschool Death/Thrash)
Fleshgod Apocalypse - Oracles (modern brutal tech stuff from Italy, pretty similar to Hour of Penance)
Isis - Wavering Radiant (another good Isis disc)

mastodon, kylesa, candlemass

thought the isis was fairly boring and the production was very undynamic. oceanic remains my favorite by a very very long shot.

new OSI was kinda shitty too.

looking forward to new Devy stuff and that's about it I think.
