Really, how bizarrewhy the two bands then?
i know when tracii left to do brides of destruction he sold half of the name to steve riley because steve had been in l.a. guns the longer than phil (phil was gone about 5 years, steve was gone only about 3 years).
when brides broke up tracii had the tracii guns bands but since everyone in the band was in the original l.a. guns they started calling the band "the original l.a. guns".
i know members of both bands have gotten up on stage with the other band

Yeah I heard that but I also read Steve & Phil werent too happy about it all and there was even a possibility at one stage that both lineups were rumored to be touring Australia. Obviously they sorted it out. It was good show, Phil is a great performer but it wouldve been better if Traci was on board.
