Trip-Hop-like recommendations

I have a brother who really likes his Trip-Hop kind of music like Goldfrapp, Portishead, Archive, Tricky, Bjork and stuff like that. I want to make a christmas gift, recommendations anyone?

I second Anja Garbarek but wouldn't really call it trip hop (more björky)

Assuming you are talking about the band on Tumult, Iran fucking rocks. I don't think it's trip-hop though.

Also Hooverphonic are 'aight.

Lamb's ok, but not that great... they are more downtempo than trip hop anyways.

Get some dntel, not trip hop but still excellent electronic stuff with mellow vocals. The album with the ambulance on the cover is pretty good.

That's considered their best so I guess that band isn't for you. Personally, I don't think they're awesome... but I enjoy some of their material.
