Triple recto recording: Ryth or lead channel? Which records best in general?

I just got a triple recto, so I was wondering does anyone have some good tips on recording with it. Speakers, mic placement, settings (sag, diode, channels, settings etc etc etc)

There are so many options...

I have a hardwire OD boost on the way too.
