Tuning Question on the same guitar

I have one more noob question

If I wanted to use one guitar to let's say do one song in drop d then the week later we record another song in drop c?
Is this frowned upon at all or do most of you do this?

And if you do do it can you keep me a quick tutorial on the right way to do this and what I should be looking for when adjusting intonation? Would I most of the time need to swap strings as well?

It's no big deal changing guitar tunings. To be honest, I've used the same guitar for most of the tone tests here and I switch it between halfstep, dropped C and Bb! If YOU HEAR issues with chords being in tune, its an issue.

Remember, if it sounds good it IS good.

If you don't have problems with the strings not having the same tension from tuning to tuning go ahead...
I guess strings that work fine for drop D would get pretty flubby at drop C
