I must be taught the art of stuffing bacon. Do we weave it into two parts like a basket, put the food in the middle, and join the halves?
Well, the generally accepted way involves already-sliced bacon. In this method, you take something smallish, wrap bacon around it, secure with a toothpick, and cook. Seafood is popular for this method. The result is a bunch of bite-sized nummies that you go through like chocolates at a Forrest Gump movie.

I propose to you, though, that this is unnecessarily time consuming. Why not simply take a slab of unsliced bacon, slit it down the side, and stuff it like a pork chop? Huh? I think it could work.
