Quick everyone, come here and point and laugh

Belgian Waffles aren't Belgian, and French Fries don't come from France. I'm pretty sure Swedes aren't from Sweden either. At least not the little yellow ones. And don't get me started on Turkey.

There was a guy who was like the king of deli meats whos name was Fritz Somethingorother...cant remember his last name. It could have originated from his name.

Of all the many names it has...nothing sounds as cool as saying Fritz and sauce sandwich :headbang: :kickass:

In fact...now im craving one. Might try and grab some today.

I mentioned porn on the first page of this thread, and you wierdo's continued to discuss luncheon?

Man, devon and sauce sandwiches are great for breakfast.

Fry the devon (or fritz), as you would bacon, then place the lovely, crispy slices between a couple bits of ploughman's toast with good old Rosella tomato sauce.

Shannow I know what you mean Flake is "it"....Potato Cakes and scollops 2 different things...I was taught to call all this by my mum...we get the shits if we order that and they give us something else.My Dad was the same and my step dad grew up in England and knows what we mean to!
It's great to see that people can still be brought up properly in this state.:headbang:

Coolness,

Wenny Falls is a pretty nice area (not like Bleakheath which would be nice if it wasn't so foggy).

we'll have to have a devon breakfast sometime.

(us mexicans gotta stick together)

You will have to come and visit for a good home cooked meal and round of Heavy Metal Trivial pursuit!

Do you do Cajun ?

I think that given my 10 year break from metal (I came back with Brave New World), I'd suck at Metal trivia.

OK, think Judas Priest, think "Johnny be Good".

Louisiana they have the most wonderful food, made of French, Italian, and a fair bit of African. It's Cajun (supposedly derived from Arcadian) or Creole (more African).

Guess I'm cooking.

Cajun is good, but a bit spicy most of the time, still goood though

And salty, der dear crazy guy from another state...Devon or Luncheon, I could care, not bloody FRITZ, and sur as fuck not straz

spicy ???

wtf ??

A little on the savoury side maybe. A little care needed with the unshelled crab recipes (the sauce could get you a WMD style invasion if you use shelled seafood).

I've got a proper cookbook, which includes a genuine mudcake recipe. 450g dark chocolate, 450g butter, 300g sugar, and 13 eggs. Some vanila, and orange liquor. Not a single ounce of flour.

I think that they eat a "rich" diet.

(and they must die very very young)
