Two amps, One cab

So in an effort to not spend more money and take up more room on our bus I thought this.....Is it possible to run my Splawn and Recto into ONE Marshall 1960A cab using 2 speakers for each amp? I see phase issues and internal resonance issues being a problem but otherwise I don't know. What do you think? I know I'm thinking faarr out there.

Yes, it's possible - that's why the cab is wired for stereo. Just make sure the speakers can handle the power, and use the correct impedance settings.

Yeah this is possible but just be careful with the connection/ohms etc

Eg. If I have two amps (8 Ohms) running into the one cab...?

greyskull how much? also would this work for if i'm running two pre-amps into the same power amp? cuz i'm doing this now with an a/b box and it cuts the power in half
