I really like the Equilibrium album, thanks for the recommendation. They remind me a bit of Suidakra but with more keyboards, which makes them sound a lot like ...Ensiferum.

It definitely wasn't in the same league as the new Moonsorrow and is weighted more towards the Finntrollish side of the genre, but comes across as being much more serious...still good shit in my book.
moonsarrow are cool enough just for saying this in there studio diary:

Seems ok, but I can definitely see the CoB reference - a bit too keyboard-y for my tastes.
It's not finished though so I'll update this when it does to see if it loses its CoB gayness.

I gave the Equilibrium a couple more listens and I like it a lot more. I'm giving the Frostmoon a try now
