UA 6167

Short question, I got a very good offer for an UA 6176. Epsecially, I am interesting in the compressor part of it, as a alternative to another 1176. Another pre, is a nice side effect. If I do not like it, I am sure I cann sell it also for the same or higher price.

Any experiences with this unit?

I use them and the LA-610mk2's quite a bit. Decent pre's, sound nice when you drive them hard. Bit dark sounding, but if you can get one at a reasonable price I can't imagine you being disappointed with it.
