Hello,
i need device for using 100W Amp Head(with volume 75-85) in line in of sound card and post works with impulses and other VST plugins!
what you IMHO about compare these two devices?
ps sorry for my english )

Unless your amp doesn't have an effects loop, or you need completely silent recording, you can just run a cable from the preamp out or effects send to your interface and run an impulse over it to save yourself money.

Hello there

Some months ago I was gonna get a Hotplate too (as Ola has/had one ) but I've read the THD doesn't deliver a good line out..

So, I ended up getting a Koch, and what I like about it a lot is that you get different 'fixed' attenuation level outputs, instead of a knob.
I've also tried the line out (with the built-in speaker sims, and just using impulses), but frankly I didn't really like the result in any case.. sounds muffled and static to me (at least without any post-processing).

In a nutshell, I wouldn't recommend using a real amp with a direct signal. At least not from my experience.
A sim runs better for silent practicing & preprod stuff for me.
