Seems like I'm making compilations for other people all the time...and very few for myself. I submit this one, even though it's not entirely Old School material, but you might think there's a few gems here. Each song was picked for it's aggressiveness, anger, and attitude, (or more simply put...balls and punch) cuz it's the stuff I pump iron to...and I greatly need the motivational music.

Overkill -- Long Time Dyin'
Masterplan -- Kind Hearted Light
Mercenary -- Seize The Night
Angel Dust -- Cross Of Hatred
Helloween -- I Live For Your Pain
Metal Church -- Fake Healer
Sanctuary -- Die For My Sins
WWIII -- Go Down
Black Sabbath -- The Mob Rules

Anthrax -- What Doesn't Die
Primal Fear -- The Eye Of An Eagle
Annihilator -- Shallow Grave (Live)
Skid Row -- The Threat
Savatage -- Awaken
Flotsam & Jetsam -- Smoked Out
Lizzy Borden -- Menace To Society

Rock on!

Well I don't know the time for all these, but I don't care.

4. Metallica - Blackend
5. Dark Angel - Darkness Decends
6. Megadeth - Symphony of Destruction

14. Testament - Eerie Inhabitants
15. Annihilator - Alison Hell

Holy shit...if you're not familiar with Annihilator...let me educate you...

Their first album, Alice In Hell, is for people who love thrash metal, but can't decide if they like listening to 80s thrash or frilly classical prog...it truly bashes out both forms in true spirit.

After that...Never, Neverland is a great straight-ahead, non-offensive, by-the-numbers thrash-speed-metal album with vocals by Omen's Coburn Pharr. A very fun, galloping, roller-coaster paced thrill-ride that should satisfy any fan of 80s aggressiveness. By today's standards....it's kinda weak...but you can't deny the groove and balls of the time...

Hope that helps...

Rock on!
