These lists have to do more with what you heard, and what you haven't rather than musical taste. I probably would have really liked DSO, Drukh, and The Chasm, but I haven't heard those. I do think the new Mastodon and Isis are very, very good though.

MasterOfLightning - Damn right. There are a bunch of albums that I've heard tracks off but not the whole disc, that definitely would have been in my list. Sadly, I was recently made unemployed and I only have a 56k dial-up connection, so my access to new music is pretty much limited by what I'm sent to review.

YOB is a great band, great atmosphere. That Disillusion album is great too. The Chasm are so underrated its a joke.
