yesterday I purchased some cheese that called itself "Super Sharp Cheddar", my tongue was loving me.

I need to hit up Trader Smhoe's or Whole Foods Market and grab myself a slab of some fancy high society cheese. Just bit into a roast beef wrap and had a nice little chunk of double folded provalone to set my buds a dancing. I havent heard of half of those cheeses, what's a good arcane cheese for a nub like me?
