It's great that Symphony X is on the cover and are the lead story in this magazine....
I hope it brings them new fans....
I hope it brings them new fans....
This is their 10th year and I bought it at the Barnes and Noble in Ledgewood...
Does that disqualify them as being an underground mag?
What is a good age to get lessons for my kids?
What should they start playing first?
Thanks....
I can imagine him sitting in the middle of a mall with a guitar and an amp, holding a cardboard sign that says "Free Guitar Lessons from Matt Moriti of Dark Empire! Will give lessons for props."
I've tought as young as 6 but to be honest, I think thats a bit too young... 8 years seems like an age where kids can start getting the kind of attention span needed to sit through a 30 min guitar lesson.
I usually start my beginners on simple open position chords, as well as some melodic exercises such as the standard major scale fingering.
Does your band play close?
Does your band play close?
how does this thread go from Symphony X's achievement in making the cover of a mag, to Matt Moliti's guitar lessons??
*t'is a sad sad day for mankind*
