Fuck...

I updated my Overloud TH1 and it sounds fucking weird now. NEVER EVER update ANYTHING during ANY project, if it can fuck up something, it WILL.

I messaged them and they still haven't replied. I'm kind of in a schedule so I'd appreciate if they did. But I know it's my fault, I just shouldn't have fucking done it. I think it's because of the update, because all this happened directly after I updated. And it's odd because it's affecting the sound, not crashing or anything etc.

I'm already thinking of buying Amplitube 3 on its spot and selling the license later, this is fucking pissing me off.

Anyone else have screwed up like this during a project?

BTW; here's what my guitar tracks sound like now, it sounds like it's pumping or something:

srsly, wtf?

The version I have on disk has version 1.0 that doesn't support IRs. I can't find a version in between from anywhere.

look for a torrent. im not saying that everyone should just download overloud im just saying that alot of the times the pirated versions arent the newest version and arent any different then the version from the overloud site if you dont use the supplied crack. not to mention that if you already own the program its 100% legit

sorry if i shouldnt have brought that up

actually that's a great idea, I'm not doing anything illegal if I'm not actually cracking it... All I need to do is install the software, and it works since it's registered on my Ilok... I hope, at least...

Thanks for the tip! I'll try it if Overloud won't contact me soon. I REALLY have to start moving on this project.

It looks like my problem was solved. I'm not sure whether they changed the overdrive schematics but after the update, the OD was driving the signal too hard. I backed up the level now and it's fine. The point of this thread still stands, kids.
