Using a tremolo...

I personaly found that a tremolo break the darkish ambiance when its used in any tracks. I like tremolos alot but thats what I found for myself...

Well, Amon Amarth has more than it's share of athmosphere and they use tremolo all the time, so i guess i gotta disagree with you.

im gonna disagree too. you can make some pretty dark broodish sounds with the ol tremolo
