using beat detective

i just installed pro tools le 6.7 and it has beat detective! you can only do 1 track at a time but still worth using i assume. thing is, i am using it for extreme metal. does anyone have any tips for using this with super fast double bass and such. everything is played to a click so that is not an issue. its just the smoothing feature, it sounds a little shakey on the fast part.

I can't really use Beat Detective with LE, due to it only applying to one track at a time. Phase problems are all over the place with that function disabled.

Yes, if you can't apply BD to a group of tracks at once that's something of a problem. Some things will work well, but others..you'd have to be careful not to get into a big mess.

There's always the undo button though..
