USPS POSTAL RATES GOING UP IN LATE JANUARY

Hello.

I am still trying to find out what the new rates are going to be at the end of this month, BUT i did come across something interesting on STAMPS.COM website.

it stated that Commercial Based first class international mail WILL NOT be changing, but I am waiting to confirm.

this could be good news. \m/

USPS has two different pricing tiers. There is pricing if you go in to USPS location and ship and then I believe, like me, when using Endicia (because of their volume of postage purchases) they are given commercial base pricing.

Don't quote me on that, but I think that is what it means.
