Vader albums....?

ok on tuesday im going to see Vader play at the camden underworld.......but im only going so i can see Decapitated play.........i know fuck all about vader and only have 4 mp3s but i want to buy an album.....which vader albums do people suggest?

de profundis for sure.

it is their best album, and by listening to this album you will understand exactly what vader i about. litany is great but i dont think its a good one to start with....however, if i was going to recommend any other album it would be that one. you should get all of them at some point, they are all excellent. except the new one, that one kind of sucks.

What, no one likes Revelations? I thought that album was great! I am going to go against the grain and say Revelations.

Revelations is pretty solid. It feels more death-metalish than Litany, IMO.

I thought revelations was really weak. the weakest thing in their catalog for sure.
