The real Varg Vikernes is not that interesting, I think, and there is not much to say about me, and in any case, when I get out of prison, whenever that may be, I will disappear from public view anyhow. As I see it I am a prisoner on a ship ("The Sodom & Gomorrah") - the modern world - heading for disaster, and when I am released from captivity I will jump overboard and swim back to dry land a.s.a.p.. I don't want anything to do with this thoroughly sick so-called civilization, so I will do my best to get away from it all. There will be no more articles like this one, no more (strictly speaking) unnecessary communication with strangers in the modern world and no interviews. I will publish a few books, possibly using a pseudonym in order to stay anonymous, and perhaps a Burzum album or two, but that's it.

I say this because I have been told that some people expect a lot from me when I am released. Well; don't expect anything. Unless You look for my books or albums You can expect to never hear from or about me again. I don't want anything to do with You or the thoroughly sick world You live in. Count me out. I am going home, to the Norwegian countryside, to the wilderness and fresh air, to a healthy farm-life and Mother Earth's embrace. You can have Your plagued urban brothel and Your sick mongrel Hell on Earth to Yourself.

Outside of being charged with possession of the substance they enjoy, what crimes to do potheads commit? Violent crime and theft requires energy and ambition, two things which go away when your fucking blitzed 24/7.

I was making a general statement, not to every last specific. I mean more like crimes regarding government, not someone who wants to have sex with something or someone commiting a crime. You don't plan hormones and attraction. I'm not really great with science so I don't why people want to rape someone, or why someone does someone not want to have sex with someone their own age.
 
I know why someone wants to have sex with someone. I don't know why someone wants to rape someone or have sex a kid. You brought it into the argeument nor do I see what point it had. There is not point of taking something so literal you assume I was implying that a child moloster has 'merit' by what I said regarding wrong.

Not since after Jan 1st 2001 if my memory serves me right. We now have a thing called "forvaring", look it up in a dictionary for the English word for it. It means they can keep you in jail for a certain amount of years after the 21 (or 14 which is the real case) years, re-evaluate and either let him/her go or keep him/her for another X years.
Too bad Varg missed this great oppurtunity.
 
I actually used to be a pretty big Burzum fan, collected rare shit and all that, but grew out of it. Always liked his concept, the fact that he was a one man project, but the overall sloppy quality of his musical performance on his pre-prison releases eventually dimmed my interests as I kept progressing towards better executed music.

Letting murderers out early sets a precedent which means that you have to let all murderers out. Vikernes obviously holds strong beliefs which show no signs of changing, so he is likely to reoffend maybe even kill again.
