Vehemence guitar tuning

Whats Mark tune to??? i know he has a 5 string and the usual tuning for that is B E A D G , but does he change it because you guys have Baritone tunings?

Ok.

Baritone guitars, meaning guitars that are built for B tuning, will usually have a longer scale length(usually around 27" instead of the usual 25.5" scale). Aside from this, they are set up to be played like a seven string without the high e, so the tuning would be BEADGB, or something along those lines. Meaning this will play as a normal guitar with a missing string, and it'll throw you off.

Now, if you just tune down a normal guitar, you'll probably want to keep it in standard tuning, just, I do believe, 3 steps down(somewhere around there).

I made this mistake yesterday. At work, we received an ESP George Lynch Signature baritone guitar. I opened it up, and thought it was out of tune, so I retuned everything, and played it like I normally would. Then I looked at the specs in the ESP catalog, and it told me basically that it was tuned right when I took it out of the box.

But I'd rather play it in standard B tuning.
