suffocation is a wonderful band but you can't compare tham with the band who have broken the frontiers of extreme music

You certainly can not compare influences, no. However, you can compare the ability for the music to be enjoyed, and I just happen to enjoy Suffcation alot more. And well it may just be me, but Suffocation are miles ahead of Venom musically.

Venom rules... they are so over the top and funny, but at the same time they still kick ass.

I think they are still around for 2 reasons...

1.) Cronos is still looking for his eyebrows which he apparently lost on tour years ago.

2.) Cronos wants to do another ballad with Jocaim from hammerfall =P
