Very melodic songs/albums/bands?

By melodic I mean something similar to:

-
-

Basically doesn't need to be extremely fast or powerful, but must have high+low notes that mix into a 'real' melody, not just smashing chords again and again together. Doesn't need to be a whole song either, just a solo part is ok.
I personally prefer songs from Insomnium or Dark Tranquility, don't get me wrong, their songs are great and the melodies are top notch, but there are so many elements that the melodies lose focus. I want something that focus on melodies.

Any recommendation? Thanks a lot in advance!

I actually saw this video on youtube. Was blown away when I first saw it. Dream Theater is one of my favorite bands... and that guy does a great job. I only wish I could be that good on guitar.

Insomnium is another one of my favorites. There's nothing like melodic death metal, imo. Just a great genre that the mainstream just doesn't hear enough of... and would definitely like if they listened hard enough to it.
