Not that I know of, unless someone went through the trouble to put it online, which I haven't heard of anyone doing yet.
i would be interested too. Here in Germany it´s even unpossible to get the anthrax DVD if your not willing pay 15 Dollar for shipping! I even don´t know if its´available in RC2??
