I must admit to having started playing World of Warcraft recently.

I also play Raven Shield, Company of Heroes, Warcraft III, Guild Wars, Counterstrike: Source, Rome: Total War and many other games.

So yes, I'm a gaming addict. It's almost as bad as my music addiction.

Counter Strike Source. Mostly only play competatively. Looking forward to CoD4 arriving through the letterbox at some point in the near future though. I enjoyed CoD1 when it came out and played on that for quite a while.

However, Blizzard announced they are working on another top secret project and have been accepting huge amounts of applications for anyone who wants to help code/design... Rumor has it it may actually be Diablo III. The odd thing though is I think it was going to be an mmorpg...

It better not be another MMORPG. It probably won't be another WoW expansion because they are working on WOTLK. I hope it's either Diablo 3 or Warcraft 4.

And given the fact that they are currently already developing new games for their other franchises (Starcraft 2 and the expansion for World of Warcraft) and the Diablo franchise has not seen anything new since 2001 I would be extremely surprised if this is not a Diablo game. I still hope they are making it a semi-MMO like Guild Wars and Hellgate rather than a full blown MMO like WoW. That would just not suit Diablo at all. I also have a bad feeling that whichever it will be, it's going to be monthly fee based (that seems to be the industry trend atleast) which would also be unfortunate.

I've only played about 5 minutes of SS2 because the computer I was using crashed all the time. The first two games were fun in coop, it takes a lot to beat the awesomeness of the last level in Second Encounter \m/

I personally found Heavenly Sworrd boring as fuck. I play every now and then but I couldn't sit down one evening and play it for several hours. The snake bitch is stupid. AC looks more fun, while HS lacks in everything but fighting (not counting the repetitiveness), they say the fighting is what brings AC down. So I guess I should just play a little bit of HS and then some AC and then HS again etc etc.

Or just Guitar Hero 3.

I got through Halo 3 on Normal, now I am going to go through on the next difficulty level, which they call Heroic.

You can also play against one or more other people and hunt each other down in different landscapes/areas. My son kicks my ass big time on that.
