I love Vintersorg. They are great. Otyg is also one of my favorites.

These have very epic pagan quality to them typical of most viking metal.

Einherjer. One of the best pure viking metal bands from Norway. Check out all their albums, the best is probably "Dragons Of The North". Great stuff. Enslaved is also worth checking out, they're mind-blowingly good, especially their split EP with Emperor (Hordanes Land, released in 1993) and their debut album Vikingligr Veldi.
