I just tested a trial version of Vintage Warmer

I´ll definetely get it next month as soon as I get my money...

Who else uses it? Let´s share some warm vintage xperience!



Ps: Went great with DFHS, added a beatiful snap to the snare, not to mention the bigness on the toms...

it´s really crunchy, adds some nice high end.

it´s "just" a compressor, basically the same as you treat any other compressor, but when you drive VW hard it adds the "warmth" wich in this case is just a bit of crunch. I don´t know if it´s good to do just gain riding, I believe it works better in a more agressive manner. I´m using it for like 2 hours or so, so I´m a noob in VW yet, but I liked it for sure!

Why don´t you try some presets an hear for yourself the way it works? Better than someone posting clips.
BTW do a search in Gearslutz problably you´ll find a better answer.

It's great , I use it on guitars, OHs and on the mix bus.
