Vocal Distortion (TS9000)

I keep hearing about this TS9000 plugin and i've searched the net but can't find anything solid.

can anyone tell me who makes it? and if so where i can get it?

I have been using the pod farm tube screamer and it is actually not half bad, but im just looking for something a bit more professional
