Any tips for recording vocals in the control room?
I've searched but cant find the thread I saw here a few weeks ago. I believe I have to invert the phase of one side and then hit the mono button. After recording I flip the phase back and the spill should mostly cancell out?

Thanks :erk:

Send a mono mix to your speakers and physically (w/ the wires) invert the phase on one of your speakers. Nothing to do after recording. The bleed from the speakers should (mostly) cancel each other out if the mic is centered. certainly you should do some test to find a good spot and make sure it's working. .....and don't forget to restore the speaker to normal when you're done.
