Otherwise maybe Steven Seagal, but he's sucked ever since "Marked for Death". I suppose Van Damme has had some ok moments, "Universal SOldier" wasn't bad but that's because Dolph Lundgren stole the show.

I think it's a tie.

In real life Dolph Lundgren would kick all their asses, so you might as well give the trophy to Ivan Drago.

it was down to seagal and van-damme, but i had to go with van damme. his movies are just so much more over the top and unbelievable. seagal could kick van dammes ass in an actual fight, but that doesnt really matter. all of seagal's movies past the mid 90s have been pretty much the same and he doesnt even try to act anymore. he just mumbles his lines and looks annoyed to be there. Dolph is also cool, but only as a bad guy.
