Just sitting here wondering, i just got my first laptop, so for the first time ive got two computers in my "studio" would i (legally) be able to use a vst i bought on my PC and have and ilok license for (im mainly thinking of FG-X and SSD here), on my new laptop without having to buy the product again, im thinking there might be a way with FG-X cause its iloked so itll always be my license just between my two computers for wherever i am at the time, not sure about SSD though as no ilok is needed

i really dont understand this part of vsts, if its illegal or any shit like that id understand why, but i dont really have a clue at this stage, any help or advice would be appreciated thanks :D

As far as I know, the whole iLok thing was that you could take your iLok with you when having to work in another studio, so you'd still be able to use all your software without having to bring your computer along with you.
