Wah pedal recommendations?

Its hard to explain, but it just feels like its doing wah the way wah is meant to sound. It sounds "real". I used to have a Morely NSW, and a Crybaby, and it always felt like once you click it on, you're locked in the sound of the pedal. The Teese wahs are just organic and true. And on top of that, the RMC3 is customizable up the wazoo (though the controls are hard to get into).

I usually set it around to where the Picture Wah sounds (one of his other wahs).

Unless you're playing an original Thomas Organ, a Fulltone Clyde, Dunlop Rackwah, or a Teese, you're just fooling around.

That said, I dont use wah in my current band at all, so its really all for naught at this point ;)

I have used a Morley Bad Horsie, A Morley Mark Tremonti, and a Crybaby. The Crybaby wins out for me because I just like the sound better. Although I do hate the switching...I just got used to it.

I would definitely recommend against the Tremonti wah. It has such a narrow sweep and it is not pronounced at all. You can't even begin to get a "classic" wah sound out of it. I liked it in the store, but in live situations I though it was pathetic.

Just my 2 cents.
