Haha yeah I was always wondering, of course she's exaggerating to get the laughs (also on Scrubs) but does she really think the "ch" is pronounced that way? 
That sounds arabic, turkish, or maybe even like people from Switzerland. But I never ever heard anybody pronounce "ch" like her. The shouting when she speaks german is hilarious, too but she did speak "proper" german a few times on interviews etc. (minus the "ch" issue)
