Warrel's most insane/sick vocal performance

This is how one knows you're an American and not a true Israeli:
you eat shwarma with a fucking merlot.

:goggly:
I drink merlot with everything, and with almost every meal. Even with breakfast. It goes great with any kind of food, including poultry and fish.
I do the same with martinis as well
Besides, even if it's not traditional to have with shawarma, red wine goes especially wonderfully with lamb

And some Disaronno on the rocks. Fortunately, I'VE GOT THAT ONE.
I'm actually having some now, while I'm waiting for my lunch to arrive

I drank my last redbull earlier with some Jager. It's my favorite alcoholic beverage evah.
I'd advise against mixing it with coke (or anything really).

It's a really sweet drink, your best bet is having some on the rocks and maybe chasing with some kind of pop.

"even with breakfast" - are you serious?
You are abusing the enjoyment of fine wine, sir.

Wine should be consumed with good food, perferbly something that will NOT overpower the good taste of wine. (like Swarma and Tahini)
some foods require beer by their side... (like Shwarma and tahini)
If you'll drink wine with shwarma in Israel people will stone you.

and this comes from a person who loves wine more than anything else :Smug:

I'm actually having a great bottle myself too.
Amiral de Beychevelle
Saint Julien Bordeaux.

yummmmmm

I usually have to drink something with breakfast (not including water), especially since most of the meetings I attend, or phone conferences, are conducted in the morning.
It depends on what I'm eating, for the most part. If I was having cereal and fruit, then I wouldn't really have a merlot along with it. Maybe afterwards, but not actually during breakfast. An omelette with some wild mushrooms does go pretty well with a red wine, which is usually what I have as part of my breakfast. I wouldn't drink it while I'm eating the salad though, for obvious reasons.

Which particular wines (or any other drink) people enjoy with their foods, is always purely subjective to taste, anyway. I happen to find that merlot actually does go pretty well with shawarma, especially when it's lamb. As long as your mouth isn't completely covered it tehina anyway, which would take away from the taste of the meat to begin with. It's probably different with the cheap shit that you buy on the street though, which I hardly ever eat anyway.
But you should pair them (assuming you haven't done so already), you might actually be surprised.
