Another +1 to that! although we do it with jamon serrano here( supposedly similar to prosciutto, stronger taste in my experience)
Oh yeah, serrano is awesome too, altho I only tried imported one, cause I've never been to spain so far. Really has a stronger taste, but isn't as fine in the texture, iirc. Also extremely awesome.
First time I tried honeymelon & prosciutto was at a family visiting in Rome. Blew my mind! Still nice to make it up here, but obviously they taste better in the south.
