Waves CLA compressors vs. T-Racks Grand

Hi guys, I'm considering buy the CLA compressors (now 149 on sale) but I could upgrade from my T-Racks Classic to Grand for 229.

I heard a lot of comparisons between Black 76 vs. CLA 76 and White 2a vs. LA-2a.

The black 76 sounds awesome, punchy and with good low end, but the CLA-76 is a classic and I liked a lot the demo when I tested it.

What's your opinion between this two emulations?

Haven't used the CLA so I can't comment on that but I use the Black and White in T-racks quite a bit and really like them.

I like the waves one more then the T-racks. The Waves 1176 blue is super nice and i do like the la3a on guitars too.

Might be worth hanging on a few weeks as Slate is about to release VMR which has a 1176 in it. Based on his virtual bus compressors I'd expect this to be REALLY good.

Sure, I'll buy Slate anyway. I'm trying to decide between this two options and CLA bundle looks better deal I think...
