Of course, you're right. After he sends aid to Oregon and orders our infantry to jump into the Atlantic in pursuit of the storm and it's weapons of mass destruction, he'll declare war on Maine for harboring the damned thing. Then he'll sit around telling fairy stories to seniors about Prescription Drug benefits and reading "Curious George" books to giggling school children while New Orleans sinks into the Gulf.
