actually, Delicous Library allows you to use the iSight to scan barcodes of your media library... CDs, DVDs, Books, Games, etc., and create a catalog of what you have that has pictures of the media, reviews, value, etc. you can sync the lists to your iPod as well, which has saved me buying the same CD a second time more than once... i just check the list in the store if i'm not sure if i already have something or not. with a collection the size of mine, it's definitely an issue.
