What about Music Production Toolkit 2?????

Today I need to re-install ProTools 8 on my mac and because I don't have anymore the installer...I downloaded it from my account.
Having PT8 I need also the Music Production 2 installer but, the file is not available anymore!!! Of course I already paid for it, I have the license in my ilok but it gives me an error.
I found another link for the installer and when I click the download button it reminds me into the PT9 page
So? Does it mean that I'm forced to buy PT9 to use something I already paid?
Anyone has the same problem? Anyone know another way to download MPTK2 (in a legit way)?
