Yesterday I read something that made me completely jump off my chair. That made me think, "How dumb can people be for f*** sake..."
So, in an attempt to discourage me even more and lose all hope in humanity...
What are the weird/funny things you heard in your music career?
Starting with mine:
That whole "Stupid bassist thing" was always a myth in my mind. I mean, Glen even started a segment on his youtube channel on it, but I have never had any problems with the bassists I met.
That being said, yesterday I understood that maybe it was a bit true. On a Facebook group where you can sell, buy or trade music gear, a bassist asked
"I'm looking for old bass strings. I don't like the ones I have on the bass I bought".
So I asked, just to be sure
"You don't like the type or brand of string, or you just don't like new strings?"
To which he answered
"I don't like the sound of new bass strings".
XD !!!!
