What did you put in it? I've got a couple boneless pork chops Im gonna cook on the grill, and I can't decide what to put on them. I'm thinking some hoisin, soy sauce and sriracha....but I could really go for BBQ. Theres no actual premade sauce in the house, but I have pleanty of shit floating around.

* 1/3 cup cider vinegar
* 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
* 2 tablespoons molasses
* 1 tablespoon onion powder
* 1 tablespoon garlic powder
* 1 tablespoon black pepper
* 1 teaspoon celery salt
* 1 teaspoon allspice
* 1 teaspoon cayenne

Honestly most of these can be replaced with something similer and taste the same. i.e. molasses - maple syrup. celery salt, fucken salt lol

I'll have to try that sometime.

I ended up mixing hoisin, sriracha, ketchup and soy sauce. Came out pretty bomb, especially with the grilled veggies and rice.
