Which is exactly why there should be more copies made available. I will most likely never hear any of the stuff because I will not overpay for rare releases, unless it's something like the first few self-released Leviathan cassettes. I can understand when budget constraints lead to limited quantity self-releases. When you are signed to a label, and it's your fourth full-length, it's pretty gay to only make 50 copies. 500-1000 is acceptable for most underground bands, and I can't imagine it is that much more costly to make 500 than say, 100.I disagree and think that some excellent stuff has come out in a very limited edition...case in point pretty much all of Die Toten Kehren Wieder Mit Dem Wind's albums.
