I have just retained my freedom to choose tobacco May 24th, and Yet, I'm still having the trouble of getting myself to quit the destructive habit of Smoking. It's either one thing or another. People say to keep myself occupied, my hands and all. Being a smoker for quite a long time (although I smoked pot before cigarettes) I am able to smoke a cigarette whilst doing mostly anything. I am able to smoke during a shower, doing laundry, typing, ect...

Well, I assumed you were talking about a smoking during a bath but I just had to point it out, it would be like impossible to smoke during a shower...unless you actually meant during a shower...

Yea. Let me look at it.

Quitting smoking: NON-metal.
Smoking during shower: Metal.

I used to smoke, and was addicted to it pretty badly, but i had the chance to quit it, and now i am cigarette free, but i smoke 1 or 2 cigs every time i go to a party or something, and that's once a month.

Keep yourself mentally and physically busy. Work out, or play an instrument, or keep yourself busy with friends who don't smoke. Find yourself a hobby that will occupy your time away from thinking about it.

I think the, "out of sight, out of mind" approach really works. It isn't only for something like smoking, but with all kinds of issues one may have. At least this has worked for me. When you can physically remove yourself from something, you stop thinking about it.
