what do you guys put on your drum bus/fx channel?

Mcdsp Analog channel 2, and in Parralel Ananlog channel 2 on 7.5 ips and spanked, and maybe a Smack! or some other nasty compressor on just the kick snare and toms, have been demoing the Waves Kramer PIE though and that is a BRILLIANT compressor.

Yeah dude i put Gclip to cut some peaks but use it very lightly!! Ofcoarse u dont want to clip the shit out of drums if u already cliped the snare.

I'm loving the comps from Stillwell Audio at the mo, so they get heavily used across my drum tracks.

right now the only thing I'm using on the drum bus is the Waves SSL comp. Everything else gets tweaked on the individual drum tracks. Still undecided if I want to parallel compress my band's current project.

Camel Crusher in parallel. its default setting is Annihilate, which does the job nicely. Just bus snare / toms ( maybe a little kick ) to it.

if you take the "phat" setting off, it sounds better. takes the cheesyness away
