what does "dnb" mean?

Maybe you´ll find this question a little stupid, but anyway...

I´m from Brazil so my English isn´t that good and sometimes I have some problems in understanding expressions or words used in lyrics.
So, could anyone PLEASE explain to me what´s the meaning of "Dreaming Neon Black"? "Neon black" is used in more than one song of the album, but I really don´t get what that means...

Neon black is another name for blacklight, but I believe that in the lyrics it is meant to be a contrast between light and darkness. Other dichotmoes appear throughout the album, such as the fragile balance between hope and despair, self-control and insanity, etc.
