What does "efilnikufesin" actually mean?

I see varients of this all over Anthrax stuff, but I've never been able to suss what the hell it's babbling on about. And while we're on incomprihensible things about Among The Living could someone explain the A.D.I. in A.D.I./Horror Of It All?

I'd sorta sussed that, but had/have no idea what makes it an A.D.I. it's the "Douche" part that's bugging me, man!
